I’m hunting this morning 8 miles west of Leona, all I’ve seen is 3 does. My hunters got skunked yesterday afternoon. Still early

All I saw this morning was does.

Also, there’s a vet appreciation banquet tonight at the Leon county Expo center. Open to all. $20 I believe. Free admission for vets and their spouses. Lots of raffles and auction stuff.

Seen bucks I never seen yesterday evening chasing does in brazos northeast brazos. Got a place in Robertson down the road I’m gonna try for the big 9 I been seeing hope he picks a girlfriend to come by

I've heard peak in Leon County is around Nov 11-12 in Leon, but I'm sure there is a lot going on before. Can't wait to find out soon. Anyone have luck rattling in Leon?

Sure. Especially this time of year. Biggest I ever rattled up there was in bow season
We have a good buck/doe ratio.
Just saw one with twin kickers on g-2s we have never seen before

Saw some chasing at my dad's place West of town this past Sunday. We weren't hunting just talking in his yard. Seems like youth weekend is always prime time.
