East Tx buck... 2019 --> 2020

I'm getting multiple opinions on whether this is the same buck from last year... I'm 99.99% sure it is. He just blew up jumping from 3.5 to 4.5 . Thoughts? (hoping to get better pics of him next week as this was the first card pull)
