My next thread is about the burrito/taco line drawn somewhere though the middle of Texas.

          I’m thinking it’s more diagonal.

            Duh!
            Fried makes it a chimichanga.

We already had that thread. Lol. The line goes north and south. It's way out west. Lol.

The real question is, which region of Texas has the best Fajitas?

Not regional but I'll ruffle some feathers.

The big Text Mex chains have way better fajitas than the little "authentic" Mexican restaurants. They are actually mesquite grilled fajitas as upposed to some stir fry made in a skillet or on a griddle. The tortillas are better too.

                    Lupe Tortilla
                    Pappasito's

I was told by a Mexican family the difference between a taco vs a burrito is simply the size of the tortilla. I finally know.

Yep. Never had good fajitas at a non tex-mex place.
