Shouldnt have a problem doing that with anything mentioned (other than maybe the mixer add on). I run a whole lot bigger chunks through mine.

I have a 3/4hp grinder from Gander Mountain about 12 years ago and it has been awesome. Like everyone else has said, get at least a 3/4hp with metal gears. My grinder will grind anything that fits down the tube with ease. 1" pieces of brisket will grind like butter!

It’ll eat em faster than you can feed it.

Smart will be along shortly to say the same thing 😝

I use a 3/4 hp Cabela's grinder and have never had any issues with it. I hear LEM is just as good, maybe a little better, but I don't know as I've never used one. I'm sure you can't go wrong with either.
