              Thanks for the reply. The reason I asked is that most of our typicals tend to really start sticking on many non-typ points about year 3. (We occasionally find that some of the bucks we have are switching even from non-typical to basically clean typical frames which I find really confusing.) Perhaps this relates to the roughly 30% northern genes vs the Texas genes on this ranch. My long term history of Texas hunting saw way more native typical frames than appears to be the case in native northern state bucks.
