Bees eating rubber

We have bees eating the rubber gasket liner on the slide outs of our trailer. Have any of you ever had this happen before? They are actually chewing up all the rubber.

Me too but they dang sure are. Haha. There was bees all over the rubber lining and just gnawing it up. Its crazy weird.
