I'm gonna go with Montezuma Cypress. More commonly found as a landscaping option.

I believe it is Montezuma. I think the bald cypress would already have knees.

Looks like a bald cypress to me with those knees. I had one at the old house. Great tree except mine in August would turn brown and leave out bad.
