Our 18 month old pulled down a bowl of chili lime seasoned cashews and apparently swallowed some, pulled a lot of chewed ones from his mouth. He started throwing up 45 mins later. Took him to our late evening dr and she said if he throws up two more times take him to the ER. My wife is on the way to the ER currently while I stay home with our older boys. Needless to say I’m scared, please pray for Hunter.
