Curious on cost replacement ballpark for the following:
1250-1275 Total sq ft home including 1 car garage
Standard slope of older homes not the steep newer builds
Tear off & Re-shingle with 30 yr composite
Current decking is 1x6
7 total roof penetrations (2 attic Whirley birds, kitchen pipe, bathroom pipe, two gas vents for hot water & central furnace, & one old gas vent apparently)
No fireplace/chimney

What’s ballpark?

My friend owns a roofing company and he hooked me up with one of several crews he subs out to. We did our almost 1300sf cabin in r-panel, and including trim, screws, end closures, a couple pieces of OSB, and furring strips, all the parts were about $2500. The crew did the work for $800 and I gave them an extra $200. After the work was done he told me if he would have had to sub the job out it would have been over 5k for his trouble.

Probably can get it done right for around $5,400.
Would install ridge vent and delete turbines.
