Built an electric smoker

So does this setup just turns the power on and off to the heating coil depending on the setpoint and its deviation and what the temperature of the sensor is reading. Or does it adjust the power up and down going to the heating coil?

The controller will do either. I have it programmed as a simple on off.

Any idea if they sell the controller units complete? I want to do something similar but for a cerakote oven...unfortunately I’m not too electrically inclined...

Not that I could find. Wiring is pretty simple and I could provide a schematic if you’re interested in diy.
