How did you get the kydex to form to your weapon and mag?

I used two pieces of 3/4" plywood with two pieces of foam sandwiched between them. C-clamps to smash it all together. If you go to YouTube and search 'DIY kydex holster', you'll see how most are doing it. Incredibly simple. And inexpensive.
