    Eland bull in just over an hour.

    I just gutted, skinned, caped and quartered an adult bull with a 3 inch pairing knife in just over an hour. Those are some big critters.

    Kudu (a lot smaller) took me 3 hrs. Lol

                            I do the majority of my game cleaning with a couple of Old Hickory paring knives. I sharpen them on one of those Chef's Choice electric sharpeners. They get scary sharp in just a minute. And they're cheap, too.
