Wasn't sold on Ewers after last week but dang he played well early in this one. Hope he can get healthy and continue to improve. Card played well just seems to be afraid to make a mistake so holds the ball too long.

Longhorn fans have something to be excited about again. They will be just fine the next few seasons if Ewers is QB 1. Kid did a great job today while he played. Heck, Card played fine even while he had the gimp ankle. Impressive game today.
