I'm praying for your son and I'm praying for you and your wife as well. I know exactly how youre feeling. When they told me my son had leukemia at 14 years old I was crushed. I was so scared of losing him and the uncertainty seemed unbearable. I didnt know Jesus at the time but I knew of Him. I knew putting my trust in just the Dr's alone wasnt enough. I needed to give my son every chance I could so I spent every morning and every evening in the hospital chapel on bended knees praying for His heeling for my son. Jesus is the reason my son is now 33 years old and just finished nursing school. I know He did what no one else could've.
We'll all pray with you and for you but make sure you do the heavy lifting and get on your knees often. It will help you both and will give you hope. God is your refuge.
Don't just ask for healing but also remember to be thankful. Thank God for every breath you've shared with Baron and that you know every one of them has been a gift that wasn't deserved by either of you but given to you by God. Remember all breaths beyond those are additional blessing as well and should be counted as such. Thank Jesus for your sons healing as if its already be done. Tell him how scared you are and much comfort you need from Him. Tell Him everything you need and everything your afraid of. Give it all to Him. He loves you and He loves Baron. Trust Him.
Jesus, we come to you with open but broken and heavy hearts as we ask for your healing for Baron today. We ask that you bring us comfort and peace in our hearts that surpasses our own understanding. Lord we lean on you today and pray for the kind of miracle that will cause the angels in heaven to rejoice. Lord we thank you that you've given our brother and his son, Baron, a wonderful and loving relationship. We know how much he loves his son and we also know it pales in comparison to how much you love them both. Thank you father for his healing and for the wonderful and glorious plans you have for them. Thank you Jesus, Amen.
