Tomatoes are coming in good. Made a batch of salsa tonight to can. Waterbathing now. Estimate 70+ pints

Looks great. I was thinking of adding carrots to mine homemade stuff as it is an ingredient in our favorite store bought salsa. Do you have a rough idea on what the carrot ratio to the tomatoes is?

I thought when we moved into our 'forever' home it was pretty darn perfect. I was wrong.

...not sure the husband is gonna go for my idea of a "dream" add on processing kitchen...LOL!

If I were stranded on a desert island and could take only one food with me, it would be chips and salsa!
