GoPro Camera?

Looking to get a GoPro camera to record my sons baseball games this coming season and was wondering which GoPro was best. I have seen the GoPro Hero 7,8,9 and now 10, but have seen mixed reviews on all of them. Thanks for any info you guys can share.

Not really worth it for that. They are awesome as a point of view camera, but the lack of zoom and wide angle make it hard to focus on further things or quick action

It’s a POV camera. No bueno for what you are asking. Get regular camcorder

It’s great for mounting on catchers helmet if he pitches if ump will allow

I'm getting ready to sell our gopro setup that we used for softball. It was a hero8 black with the nice linkspyder fencemount and everything.

A phone or ipad takes every bit as good of video with a decent fence mount and is much easier to manage from a streaming standpoint.
