Need Help getting started

I bow hunted years ago in my teens and always shot instinctively no sight. I am in my late 40's now and would like to pick it up again but with the change in technology have no idea where to start. I am on a tight budget so would probably lean toward a used bow but that in itself may be a problem because I am 6' 3" and back in the day shot 31 inch. Can anyone recommend a shop on the west side of Houston that can help a budget minded person out?

They have several used bows too, they'll get your squared away
