Well the time is upon us men. I’ve been waiting all year to post this thread and bring TBH alongside!
Myself and Shelton Sykes are about to head back up to The Land of the Giants in SE Kansas (Unit 12) where we’ll meet 2 more buddies for a week of chasing big Midwestern rutting bucks. It’ll be hard to top last year where 3 of the 4 of us tagged out, but we are determined to give it hell till the last minute this year too and make more memories in deer camp.

We are hunting a close college buddy’s place that I took to KS with me in 2016 and he fell in love with the area and by the 2017 season he had found his own big buck paradise just a few miles away from our lease at the time. We now have his 320ac plus another 1300-1500ac to hunt and it’s chock full of food (surrounded by Ag), cover, and water and there are very few hunters on it all season so most spots are unmolested until we arrive.
This place has some great deer and I’m determined to beat my best (160” in 2018) and find a B&C buck somewhere to hunt and I know Shelton is too. There are a few around no doubt! We’ll share some TC Pics once in camp and pull cards.
We are crossing our fingers we have good enough cell service to keep you guys up to speed on the activity and pictures in real time. As always, I’ll be self-filming and trying to lay down some good footage to put together a good video afterwards which hopefully ends in a big buck down!
