First kill with my recurve!

After a bunch of shooting and figuring out things I finally drew blood with my bow. I took it frogging the other night! We usually let the boys grab them, but always had some that were in brush or farther up bank. Well half of them were unable to be grabbed so I shot around 20. Amazing how accurate you are shooting at a tiny spot. Shots were 5 yds -7, with some closer. Gave me a lot of confidence moving fwd.

I still remember the first rabbit that I shot when I switched to a recurve. Missed tons of deer that first year, but always seemed to hit the rabbits! Frogs are another great small target to build confidence on!
