I can’t understand why it wouldn’t be a % of the total population per county. Some counties have very low populations, some with large populations.

Seems to make much more sense than just a number.

All of these numbers we are given as guidelines are just pulled out of someone's ***. We need to quarantine for 14 days....why not 12 or 16, oh because 2 weeks is a nice round number? We need to flatten the curve for 4 weeks....why not 6.5 or 2.5, oh because less would make it seem less threating and people arent going to by into anymore than 4 weeks initially? There is no method to their picking out numbers. They dont know much and are just grasping at straws.

And so do most of us on here that are complaining about mask mandates. If I’m not sick why do I have to wear a mask? On the other hand if anyone chooses to wear a mask I’m all for their choice.

Funny how politicians can be all for the “my body my choice” when it pertains to 100% killing a human being, but when it comes down to oh you “could possibly get someone sick” at a mortality rate of 4.8% according to John Hopkins ( if you can even believe that number) they threaten us with fines and tighter restrictions if we don’t comply. Smells of political agenda to me.

I'm 66 with a history of pulmonary embolisms so I really don't want to see if I'm healthy enough to survive it or not. Pretty sure I'm going to get it just hoping for a light case and nothing severe. When I was young I was invincible too.

I have no issue if a business requires it, their property, their rules. I do have a problem with the government mandating it under order of penalty (fine).
