      When I was first introduced to cooking fajitas back around '81 when I was living in Huntsville, I had a Mexican friend tell me that they used to be able to buy skirt steak real cheap until us gringos discovered them....

                I love the **** things....Azteca's marinated are like beef crack No question I would pay $6/lb. Hell they have been close to that for a while.

                    Guess the secret is out! Not much better than tablitas. We took a bunch on a river float one year and had people trading us their beer 1 for 1.

                            Used to be a staple at the deer lease and dove hunts. Although dad would season them himself. I've tried marinated ones from different places and haven't been happy with any of them. The marinades tend to burn.

                                Have to eat them nearly every weekend at in laws house. It was a new cut to me when i married into wifes family from Guerro, Mexico
