what 5 pin sight

I was looking into a 4 or 5 pin black gold rush or widowmaker, does anyone know what the 4" dovetail helps vs. standard

I am getting older and due to an auto accident quit shooting for years. Started again and hunted today (hog) Now I may need glasses but not bad eyesight (proven with an exam) but not like it was younger. I now want less pins and maybe the bigger pin end. Just some thoughts shared. My Trophy lower cost but decent sight 5 pin now has 2 of the pins dropped out of the view so 3 to use ranging. Still not happy so reading these sights to figure out what works for me.
