Looks like a lawsuit after the Newtown Shooting against Remington for how they marketed their product is being reinstated.

absolutely crazy. I wish there were references to how Remington advertised to young people. How did watching a commercial for a product drive someone to do that to an elementary school? interested to see how this plays out

Yeah I hear ya but its spreading across all lefty news outfits. Hoping it wasn't true but seems like it may end up happening. That could open a huge can of crappy worms.

TxSon--their references are merely "allegations" which are accusations without proof---but in today's times, with the preponderance of lib-tards and millenials who believe whatever the media says, I don't doubt a jury will find for the plaintiffs unless it gets to the US Supreme Court-and even there it is chancy--

as a young person unfortunately roped into the "millennial" group I hate that my generation is fooled by such BS. this kind of garbage shouldn't be allowed to circulate the news feeds just like the rest of all the bs the left shovels into the media. they've got my generation fooled with that socialist monstrosity they call a political party

None of this is new, or has much to do with millenials. My generation (I don't think dumb old people have a cute name for us) jumped on fradulent lawsuits, and the one before probably started them.

It's that A-hole that's picks that gun up and HE/SHE decided to shoot people.

If you were born between 65 and 79, you are a GenX.

Not sure how this is even possible. It wasn't his gun, from what I read it belonged to his mom.
