How do yall feel about this time of year? I know the young pups are out on their own and with little experience. Are y’all finding prey sounds to be effective? Any dogs killed yet?

I called one up last weekend using fawn distress, but pup sounds should work also as mature adults will come in to run them off -
Y'all are more dedicated coyote hunters than I am. I feel like it's too dadgum hot to be sitting out there calling anything in.
When it starts cooling off those young coyotes will be just as dumb as they are today. They can just wait. I can't stand having bugs and stuff crawl on me when I'm trying to be still.
Distress sounds should work though.Comment
