I had forgotten about the conversation we had with some guys at the airport in cabo.

They where from Texas and came to Baja for roosters every year. He said costa rica was good but Guatemala was firing up. He said some boats had left CR for Guatemala for less pressure

Tropic Star Lodge in Panama is outstanding for what you are looking for.

I was there in May and can’t think of a better place in the world for an all inclusive mixed bag trip.
