    Legs did me this morning...... Feels like I can't properly say "Did legs this morning" because they killed me lol

      Off day yesterday, if I don't have to pick my youngest girls up from a school event for my son, it'll be snatch day today.

          Did arms and core this AM.

          70 mins, 880 cals, 135 BPM

          Warm up --> 1 mile in 7m50s
          Workout --> Arms (Phase 2) plus Spider Curls//DB over head tri ext, DB flat hand curls (Athlean-X video from yesterday) and finished with DB curls to failure and BB forearm grips
          Cool Down --> Nada

          Tomorrow will be a bunch of walk at ACL but hopefully chest in the AM

                    I hate that feeling. The older I get the more I realize how much a good nights sleep is needed.

                    Hit Clean and Jerks yesterday. Tonight will be upper body and tomorrow off.

                      I made it today. The last two weeks have really sucked. Dang headache won't go away and it feels like my system was running overtime to make up for something. I've been exhausted. The last three days I've gone to bed at 7:30 PM and slept all the way through except last night and I woke up at 12:27. I fell back asleep but I was like a rotisserie chicken trying to get there. Head feels a little better today.

                      Back and legs supersets 3X8-10.

                      Lat pull down pronated grip/Leg extension
                      Lat pull down neutral grip/hack squat
                      Lat pull down supinated grip/ball slams
                      T-bar row/seated calf raise
                      Low row/wall balls
                      Incline situp/ball crunch

                      Legs and chest tomorrow.

                            A good day today. Got bed early and slept well. A rare feat for me! Chest and bicep supersets going fairly heavy 3X8 and then one or two strip sets.

                            BB bench press/preacher curl

                            DB press neutral grip/overhead cable curl
                            Cable fly/Incline DB curl

                            Legs and triceps tomorrow.
