    First attempt at mojo pork rib roast

    Just followed this recipe except I seared it on the gas grill then smoked it for about 2hrs until it reached 140 degrees. I thought 140 sounded too low but that is apparently the right temp according to some other recipes.






    Even though the meat was pink it was not bloody. Very very tender and juicy, and the mojo was a perfect fit for the pork.
