Fawn distress call. I’ve had countless does respond to different distress calls. I often called them in more than predators.

          Corn ALWAYS works.
Just get away from the places you’ve been shooting them.

Doe figure out your hunting them pretty fast. If you want to hunt bucks over feeders, never shoot doe there. Instead, bait roads away from feeders for a few days then shoot doe at those locations for just a few days, then rotate again, or, if small property, wait a few weeks and repeat. Must start early.

Sounds like your deer are off the corn. I've seen several places this happens in January-February. Even with little pressure, these deer just get tired of the corn. Despite not having a lot of browse and tough winter. My advice would be to hunt a protein feeder to take a few extra mouths.

I started in October….maybe that is the problem….I shot every doe that showed up except one….I was trying to get my wife on a buck that time.

I noticed the same thing at our place in Robertson county last week. Corn on the ground. What’s going on? The mast is gone or rotten and I didn’t see a deer one.

X2, this, will be a yellow magnet to them.

Make it look like the yellow brick road. up and down all the roads. We always can pick up a few mid day driving around.

Doesn't sound like you have very many does to begin with, or I am misinterpreting something. I could shoot 7 does today and probably have 10-15 back tomorrow most of the time.

Are you bowhunting exclusively? Just curious
