Start a new job monday

After 10 years with my current employer I am switching companies. Makes me a bit nervous. The new employer is better pay and being home every night, so I look forward to that. Going from being a NDT tech to being the supervisor for the NDT department at a facility in Saginaw Texas. Hope all goes well

Good luck. I did the same thing this year to be home with my family more, for less pay but it’ll come back in time. Totally worth it
