    Raw Unimproved Land Purchase

    Who are the guru's?

I've found some land I'm interested in.

    Who have you guys used?

    Who do you recommend?

What can I expect 10-20% down?

Please feel free to PM me if you can help.

    Thanks,
    Bruce

Another vote for Capital Farm Credit. We did 20% down, 15 year note and paid it off in 7. I'd work with Capital Farm again in a heartbeat.

CFC also, used them in my place in Smith County! I wish I could find what I am looking for as I would not hesitate at all calling CFC again.

I use a locally owned bank. I’m the largest shareholder so if I pay a little more in interest I get it back through dividends and stock appreciation.
