I hear ya. at the house I throw corn and alfalfa out and they are chowing down in like 10 minutes. at the ranch I sit all day sometimes to see 1 doe. too bad I don't see anything big enough I want to shoot here at the house.

I seen 4 fresh road kills, between Hempstead and Marlin,, on hiway 6 this morning.

2 happened right in front of me. Those 2 were respectable bucks.

Saw 4 bucks this morning. Three 8's and an old 9. Watched him make a scrape, rubbed his orbital glands on some overhanging limbs, pee in it and moved on. At least it was a cooler sit is morning.
