Default Aggies vs Bama

Who do you guys think wins?

Being an Aggie, I'm going 17-13 Aggies.

Somebody is anxious.. We know how y'all get with a ray of sunshine.

Tide 35-24 is my prediction, but the Aggies are going to show up and play hard.

I was literally just about to start a thread on this
I'm stuck on who to cheer for coming from parents who are Alabama alumni becoming a Alabama fan from the start and attending A&M...
However I am making the trip up there! all 11 hours of it!
I'm thinking A&M strikes early and often but bama comes out on top 35-20

I say 74-0 Ags, with 865 yards total offense and we hold Bama to -15 rushing and 60 yards passing, 7 turnovers for the good guys in a route!! Hey, I thought Romney would win too!!

I am hoping JFF had learned some from the Florida and LSU losses. I think we have a good chance.

Aggies - 28
Alabama - 24

Aggies fan here but I don't see us winning this game. I'm a realist. I am very happy with the way we have played this season. I see us going 9-3 with a very nice bowl game. So excited about the future!!!!

I'm hopeful. We will be headed down there after my brother gets his ring.

Anyone know of any casinos along i20 in the Mississippi area to spend Friday night?

Dang man. It is tough to predict. Of course the smart money is on Bama, not just against the Aggies but anyone.

Man. I want the Aggies to win, but.......hmmmmmmmmm.

Smart money....Bama by 10-14?

27-14.

I do however think its ridiculous how alittle extra media hype and some praise for Johnny football has so many Aggies thinking that they're going to go into the #1 teams stadium and win.... Literally the talk on campus is aggies will be more shocked if they lose then win..
We're looking at a upset not a routine win.

Ok here comes the longhorn peeps. It's not just extra media hype! JFF is for real. We are not saying its going to be an Aggie smack down. Can you just give ATM some credit?!?! Also, it's not just JFF. The entire team is improved, including the defense.

I agree to an extent but, no one can deny the ags are a team to be reckon with. As a fan, I'm shocked at how they are doing.

The sky is the limit for this team if they can protect the ball. Bottom line....

Totally agree, just saying lets not get on cloud 9 quite yet. Will be a awesome game for sure and why I said the Ags are going to attack early and often but I just believe it'll die out. Bama's defense only seems to get better as the game goes on.
However ill see how true that is from seat 4 on the 7th row from the field at Bryant-Denny stadium on Saturday

Why would anyone bet "without" the spread?? No chance?? Well then, lets not even play the game!! You're right, we are the doormat of the SEC and Kirk Herbstreet is WAY less knowledgeable about this matchup than you. You should send your resume to ESPN!!

Realistically I think the Ags have a 20 percent chance at winning. Play calling will be critical....misdirection. Bust out some trick plays. I predict JFF will catch a pass in this one...hopefully for a score. The offense is not really full installed yet as of 2 weeks ago. They were using a little more than half the playbook. Open it up.

They need to have a plan for Bama mixing up defenses...if they rush only three and contain...what's A&M's plan?

Bama will score.....probably in the low to mid 20's. TAMU will have to outgun them to have a shot.

I think most Aggie fans must suffer from premature... well, you know. I swear, we get too excited, too soon.

I'm glad we're having a great year by all accounts, but I'm a realist. I don't expect to win this weekend but will be ecstatic if we do. I'm just hoping for a close game that will keep us in the top 15 or so.

Fingers crossed, Johnny doesn't break a leg.
