Lindale Rotary Club Kid Fish June 11th!!

8-11am at the American Legion park. 100 zebco rod and reel combos. Hot dogs. Chips and popsicles! Prizes for biggest fish! Come see us and get those kiddos fishing.

We had 95 anglers and gave away 91 rods! Left the extra 9 for the American Legion to give to folks that come fish and don’t have a rod and reel! Great day!!

Girls first place was a mudcat. Second and 3rd were big bream! We gave away a prize for smallest fish and they both were .01 on my scale. One was so small it kept falling though the basket! Idk how it got the hook in its mouth!

Yours could have ate hers!! Is she wasn’t about 2 years old and ran up with the pole and all dangling a fish in the air I would have thought it came out of a minnow trap!! Sucker probably had to take 10 bites to get a number 6 hook in its mouth!
