Wow glad that’s not up here. It would never make it through the winter snows. You guys think it will make it down there ?

Yes. It sure will.

It's the result of having a doe that wasn't bred until late. We had one last year, the doe fawned in September. (She bred in March - gestation is ~6-7 months). She was very aggressive and chased out all the other deer until Thanksgiving. It sucked. Thankfully she didn't get bred late again so we don't have any real late fawns this year. Low fence, small acreage, if you are wondering.
