It is hard to fire up the grill without a cold beer.

I've since culled most of my collection. Actually sold one for $400 that I bought for $20.

There are other great bbq pits out there, but Weber just works for me. I highly recommend getting the slow n sear for it as well. I use it almost all the time, whether I am smoking or grilling. I started out with a $20 craigslist Weber. Now I primarily use my Weber performer. When I am doing a large cook, I'll use my 26" Weber. I have the Weber Smokey Mountain, which works great, but I don't use it as much when smoking smaller quantities of meat (say a single pork butt or brisket or one rack of rib) because the smoke n sear works so well at holding temps for a long period of time. I'm a big fan of grilling and also doing a side in a cast iron skillet. Especially if it is steak with mushrooms in the skillet.

A lot of times I will also grill three types of meat on a Sunday and then we have our protein for three meals during the week which makes cooking meals throughout the week easier as all you have to do are the sides.
Good Lord! Hi my nick name is Weber and I have a Problem.LOL

            Weber Kettle thread.

I was going to order a stainless steel grate and saw this one. Looks interesting.

Also got my slow and sear today

The rotating grill grate for 22" kettle grills! The grate that moves your grilling food for you! Grease flare-up? No problem! Spin them out of the way...

We started doing poppers with chili peppers instead of jalapenos and we love the flavor.

Making me hungry RWT! I'm wanting to smoke something so bad. I had some surgery done a little over a week ago and now developed pneumonia so its probably better that I stay away from the grill.
