Up to 22 coons at two feeders so far this season. It does not seem to bother the deer at all.

Not legal in Oklahoma. Sss. Suppressors are you friend.

Edit: not legal until Dec 1. And have to have a fur bearer license. Hence the SSS

We trap them whenever we’re at the lease made some stakes to put around the feeders and some go right around the feeder legs, deer don’t care

Yes. Trap hogs at the same time. These are KAP 1761-65.

No, if trapped and any deer walk up, they will scare the deer off. Traps came up on opening day.

Trap them year round, coon in the trap doesn’t bother the deer here at all. Have killed a buck at a feeder with a coon in a dukes there too.

How long are y’all waiting to check the traps? I was going to set them after the evening hunt then go back to check them. Don’t want to leave them out all night in case we want to hunt that stand in the morning.

Might want to try installing some Coon Hoods.
