Yep, but ya gotta give the kid credit, he wasn’t QB-1 for a reason, he got thrown on a stage he obviously wasn’t ready for, he played hurt, he did his best, and he OBVIOUSLY caught Bama sleeping. It’s all we had. Oh well, as we’ve been saying for as long as I can remember, “It could be worse and just wait till next year!!”

AU's initial choice was Kevin Steele to take over for Gus. Napier was their 2nd choice.
