A few months back(June/July) my buddies wife got Covid. After a few months in the hospital, going through a respirator, infections, and pneumonia, she passed away.
She was a teacher at a local school. They have a son, 12 years old.
This Saturday on January 29, there will be a benefit to help cover medical expenses. If anyone is around Port Lavaca there will be BBQ Chicken plates ($12), a silent auction, as well as a live auction.
Location is at Drifters (old KC Hall)
Serving starts at 1100, silent auction at 1300, and live auction at 1400.
