Brand new one for this year. Bought online. Cant remember the name of it. 28# electric! Its "da bomb" ! Foot pedal makes for easy 1 man operation. I'll try to remember to get the name for you. Costs around $475.



Also have an industrial 30# manual crank (has hi/low) that works great too but takes 2 guys to run it efficiently. Been using it for several years.



We were running both. Took no time at all !

Thanks looking forward to it. We use a homade hydraulic one simular to that that is incredible, but it is at my uncles butcher house. I built a room in my shop and looking to equip it.

We did the same, built a water stuffer. Holds 75#s of meat.
