      Thanks looking forward to it. We use a homade hydraulic one simular to that that is incredible, but it is at my uncles butcher house. I built a room in my shop and looking to equip it.

        We did the same, built a water stuffer. Holds 75#s of meat.

              looks great. Seems we make more summer sausage every year. It's amazing how fast that stuff goes and how many people ask for it.
