I will be trying the neck roast for the first time. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Do you slice it, cook it whole, smoke it, crock pot it, dutch oven it, pressure cooker it or just regular ol oven it?

Done crock pot, Dutch oven, and pressure cooker, but never tried to smoke one. Cooked whole. Like someone said use a little more seasoning than you normally would.
