Shoot, In my plant we work hard. I worked offshore for 6 years on a drill ship and I do more physical labor at this batch plant than I did out there. But a continuous nice plant that’s a different story

Seriously OP I would consider looking at IE. everyone wants to be an operator until it’s Christmas night and you’re on shift. I’m not saying it’s not a great job, but I would personally prefer to be more on a routine day job.
