I know there are some good deer in that area between you and Corrigan. I drive through there on my way to San Augustine and there is no shortage in deer thats for sure. I have a buddy that hunts in Moscow and they kill good deer every year.

When I'm in Texas I do, I grew up in Leggett. There are some good deer there, you just have to be willing to wait on them.

There are only 3 of us that feed corn with a feeder on the 800 acres. The rest hand corn. I have a feeling that we will be doing pretty good because of this. Yes? No?

I hunt not too far from there near Camden. There are some good deer around. Our bucks don't like feeders. Hand corn and white oaks.

I have a spot that I hand corn that does really well and a feeder that does really well. I do think the hand corn seems to bring in the bucks without a doubt. Mainly only doe's will come to the feeder until after the rut and then the bucks will tend to visit some after they are wore out. If you have a creek bottom with white oaks then thats your ticket. Dont put up a feeder in there, only a camera and hand corn it only.

Im in Seven oaks west of 59. Been on the lease 4 years, we have killed some nice deer the last few years.

Hand corn is best! Put it on the edge a field and right at dusk they will appear...most of the time.

Checked cameras this morning. Been running for about 3 weeks. Dumb about a bag and a half.. Not one pic of a deer.... Wondering what I could be doing wrong??

Cousin checked his and he had the same thing. No deer on camera. (same lease)
