There’s good news and bad news. The good news is you sure did a fine job with that feeder. Great “final product” picture shows your efforts were worth it. Bad news is your feeder rehab makes me realize I need to get busy on a feeder rehab project of my own, and stop kicking that can down the road. Nice job.

I forgot to mention I drilled holes in the 3/16” plate to match up with the directional unit. I put some stainless bolts threw the holes and welded into place. It worked out well to have the studs sticking through and not having to have a backup when tightening the nuts. It Should be easy to remove the directional unit if I ever need too.
