Customer had said about 6 months ago that he might sell his truck. I've serviced this truck since they moved here in 2005. I had asked him to give me first shot at it when he was ready. Well, he called last Friday. He told me his price (and the price was right)and told him I would take it over the phone without coming to look at it. Whoo hoo. Clean, clean Lariat with 81,000 MILES!!!!. I'm gonna sell my 6.4 POS and get me a half ton gasser to go with it. Daily driver maybe, but mostly my Farm and Ranch truck.

I was looking at getting a 6.4 until I talked to a good mechanic friend at Ford and he said they have a lot of valve train and crank issues. He said it was my best bet to stay away from them. I'm not tryin to talk you out of a truck just relaying what he said.
