Water has been ROUGH the last couple days. Watched two people get pulled out and had to get beach rescue to get them.

We were just there and had two 11yo boys in our group that said they got pulled under and tossed around a bit, enough to scare them out of the water for a while. Just be careful with the little ones.

The Hangout is a popular spot in GS but in my opinion it sucks, the food is overpriced and not good and the wait staff keeps it loud. Lulu's is a much better option for the kids, and if you are in the mood for Mexican,go to the Cactus Cantina, probably the best meal we had in a week at the beach lol.
