Am I understanding it calls you to workout twice every day for 75 days?

I have a buddy who did it last summer and saw great results.

Have 2 other friends who started it and made it about a week lol. The no alcohol and the two 45 minute workouts a day (who has time for that?!) would be tough.

It looks like a great program but hard to fulfill the 45 minutes twice a day. I'm happy to get that once a day 4-5 days a week. I do agree that you will see improvements from it.

I'm doing something similar right now.
Working out 4 days a week, plus 10 hours of Cardio.
it's a lot, and it's huge commitment.
I'm up at 4 and get a work out in, then do it again at lunch.
the first week sucked azz something fierce. Halfway through week two now and it's becoming a habbit.
Mine is 5 weeks, so about half of the 75 days.
I've really cleaned up what i'm eating and feel substantially better.
down 11 lbs since monday of last week.

Yeah, no way I could find the time or motivation to work out twice a day. But if you follow this, I bet results are pretty much guaranteed.

The thing about the workouts is you dont have to do a hard core workout each time - it can be gym in the morning and a walk in the evening. It doesn't have to be crossfit twice per day.

I listened to the Kyle Creek podcast on MikeDrop last week and he talked about 75 Hard Challenge. I think I am going to do it. There is nothing about it that sounds fun and that is what we need. Make yourself uncomfortable. The 2 workouts a day means i have to get up even earlier but i guarantee we waste more time on frivious bs and we can fit another 45 min of exercise in per day.

but yes, the no alcohol during dove season is going to suck!

I got through about 35 days earlier this year. Its definitely a test of your mental toughness. Of all things to find time for, the reading was tougher than me finding time to get in.

Callouses your mind if successful, and is not for everyone. Even though I "failed" at 35 days, I lost about 21 lbs in those 35 days. Followed a low carb/keto diet. It was a springboard to getting things back on track for me more than anything, and I'd like to give it a shot again someday.

I’m three bills even this morning. I have been working out at a very consistent pace for the past five months. I would like to drop thirty to lean up. This program looks like it will take a great deal of focus to complete. I’m glad they don’t have any cannabis restrictions.

I read somewhere that a dove won't die unless the shells have been within 24" of a cold beer. Something to do with the powder burning correctly.

I don't know, I have never tested it out.

you're gonna like it after a couple of weeks. just take one rep at a time.
Also mark down your schedule on your calendar.
There is plenty of time in your day to get it in. It's not easy, but time is there if you look for it.

Default 75 hard challenge

Count me in starting tomorrow. I have a trip to Costa Rica planned October 2nd. Been working out some but need to bust hump to get where I want to be. Iíll be short of 75 days but probably get 60 in.

My Plan:

Fasted Cardio in the AM (rucking, running, rowing)
Lifting or CrossFit style workout either at lunch or if I miss in the afternoon. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can fit it in. Either cardio or CrossFit will be outside

My body doesnít like Keto (especially with this amount of workouts) so Iíll just be clean eating. Nothing from a box.

No alcohol is gonna be difficult, I like alcohol and so do all my friends.

Gallon of water is a breeze for me already do that.

Reading wonít be bad as long as I keep some interesting stuff on hand. Reading helps me sleep anyway.

Iíll take a photo tonight and then once every week.

Completed it Jan 16th of this year. Currently 16 days in on the second round. It's not really a weight loss program etc. That does happen as a result of doing it but it's more about developing mental toughness and developing the ability to plan daily tasks and complete them. The developer, Andy Frisella, developed the program for business minded individuals in an effort to help them toughen and sharpen their minds in order to be more successful in business. Again this is by having a list of tasks and repetitively finishing those tasks.

I personally sold my practice to a corporation in September of last year, long story but it wasn't a move I necessarily wanted to make but it was the card I decided to play. I did well but mentally I hit a wall. About that time I began reading and listening to podcasts and randomly through one of my best friends I came across some of Andy's stuff.

Anybody can do it. A lot of people say no go due to the alcohol policy or the workouts. If you read into it though, you'll find that the workouts don't have to be a "grind it out" kind of session. You can slap on a weight vest and just walk at a brisk pace or for that matter just walk, you don't have go hard at it. One workout MUST be outside. In the first round I did, I worked at with a trainer 3 days a week in the morning and then all the other days I either rode the peloton or went for a walk, occasionally I'd do some sprints or jog. The outside part can be challenging because you have to do it and if you don't time it with the weather it can be a bit challenging. I walked in several thunderstorms, one with a tornado warning as well as cold fronts, sleet etc. This round I've just been out there walking in triple digit heat.

A few tips to prevent failure...

1.when he says drink water it means WATER. Not water with zero sugar gatorade mix in it or some other sugar free crap to make the water taste better... WATER.

2. read books related to business, entrepreneurship etc. Not some cowboy novel or other fictional junk. I read books by Goggins, Lutrell, Kiyosaki etc. Books designed to improve your business mind and outlook.

3. Use the app and set the alarms. I failed several times because I simply forgot to do something. I failed 21 days in before because I didn't read my 10 **** pages for the day

There again, anyone can do it. I dropped 34 lbs doing it but there again... weight loss isn't really the goal here, just a side effect of doing the work.

The worst part of going no alcohol is how great you feel. Makes you question ever drinking some of those delicious cold beers again

I want to do it and still might. The two workouts is whats hard for me due to being gone at work 14 hours a day. I could do 45 minutes of cardio at work most days and count that probably.

I completed it last year and thoroughly enjoyed the results, both mentally and physically. Itís truly just as much about the mental aspect as the physical. The hardest for me was definitely the time management of the 2 workouts, especially since they canít be back to back. I also made it through Phase 1. The cold showers were terrible.

It would take me 75 days to read 10 pages of nonfiction. Working out and having a good diet isn't hard for me, I actually looked forward to it, when I was doing it. Getting started is the hard part, and I need to get back to it. Any program you can stick to is better than nothing. Good luck OP, and anyone else willing to put forth the effort.
