Default Bleu Smell/Bell

Now I have told you all before that I am not a fan and never will be a fan. If you have had to deal with those people you would understand. Here is one more reason I am not a fan.

Read the article and it looks like the delicious blue bell has the 3rd highest revenue of ice cream makers in the USA! That’s awesome I love blue bell. Eat this not that said blue bell has unhealthy ingredients? I bet the top 3 ice creams on their list are those fancy ones that are healthy that if you ever try you wish you were eating blue bell instead.

LMAO I swear you Blue Smell fan boys crack me up LOL

Not only is the product low quality but they could potentially kill people and you still would stand by them, Hilarious.

"Former Blue Bell CEO Paul Kruse was charged with conspiracy in 2020 after being accused of trying to conceal the outbreak following a five-year investigation. The trial begins August 1 in Austin. The company pled guilty in 2020 to a related case and agreed to pay a combined $19.35 million in fines, forfeiture, and civil settlement payments. The settlement is reportedly the second-largest amount ever paid in the resolution of a food safety matter."

Why such animosity, if you don't like it just don't eat it. 3rd highest revenue in the country, they must not be too bad.

The only ice cream I eat semi-regularly is vanilla. It may be un-Texan to say so but I prefer Breyer's Vanilla to Blue Bell Vanilla Bean. BTW I could not care less about how "healthy" my ice cream is.

And per the article Blue Bell is only in 22 states. It doesnít say how the others are represented in the states.

People eat ice cream looking for high quality ingredients?? I consider ice cream to be junk food and at that point I'm just looking for the best tasting thing possible. Blue Bell's got the taste part lined out. Who care's if someone else uses organic milk or whatever crap that article is trying to sell.

I don’t eat ice cream for my health and my big gut proves that.
Blue Bell is my favorite because, to me, it tastes better than any other that I’ve tried. Although I do love me some homemade.
As far as being dishonest? Name me a big company that isn’t dishonest to some extent.

So this was a company-wide conspiracy to cover up or the work a single, deceptive, former CEO? Just trying to understand why so emotional on the subject... Did you receive settlement?

The Cobalt in your cell phone comes from child slave labor. Your phone has probably been responsible for far more deaths and child abuse than Blue Bell.

FWIW, I grew up in the dairy state, and Blue Bell is just as good as the dairys back home.

The key word there is former, as in no longer the CEO. Does that make the new CEO dishonest by osmosis or something?

I'm not saying Blue Bell is the end, of be all of ice cream, but listeria can happen to any food related business. Do you just not eat anything?

Itís business. Do you own one? What you may call dishonest standing 100 miles away may could be called taking care of the shareholders. You have to know the FULL story, which neither you nor I know.

I like Blue Bell so I eat Blue Bell. Apparently you don't like Blue Bell, so maybe you should not eat Blue Bell? Is that possible? For someone to QUIETLY do (or in this case, not do)something without decrying it to the whole world? I can't imagine why anyone would allow Blue Bell this much energy and time out of their own life. You gotta let go of the hate man, you will feel so much better.
