Is it because I'm out of shape, maybe a combination of both?
I can't get a sweaty t-shirt off without help!

You ever try to pull a sweaty pair of boxer briefs back up? That's some tough work!

I have been wondering the same thing all summer. I push mow my lawn for exercise and take a shower asap after finishing. Take my t-shirt off in the shower and it is difficult due to me sweating it out. My right shoulder hurts slightly while pulling it over my head too.

I am only 63 so I think it is my broad shoulders and big arms causing my problems.

Haha. Wish it were the truth. Been wearing loose fitting button shirts this summer due to excessive heat and sweat.

I experienced this earlier today. For some reason I’m outgrowing my shirts. Add sweat causing it to stick to you & it’s like two coons fighting in a toe sack to get out of it
