With duck, goose or dove prepare as above but make a glaze from brown sugar and mustard and apply a liberal amount 10-15 minutes before finished and let the glaze set. You won’t be disappointed.

Didn`t want to start another thread but these are pretty good to. Tator round/cheese/sliced jalapeno wrapped with bacon. Toothpick to hold it together.
