Shooter had ar 15 and a back pack full of loaded mags. Maybe body armor. Civilian had pistol. According to witness, Shooter fired 4 or five times then civilian shot him 6 times real fast.

Entire shoot lasted less than 10 seconds.

Sorry, I was listening from afar & not in front of the tube...sounds like it went down rather quickly & the 22yr old didn't hesitate.

Also heard he had his ltc & no formal training...just a regular ole civi.

Good guy did not have a permit. Indiana is a Constitutional carry state as of July 1. Has no formal training.
